# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It tastes like sunshine but with none of the sticky mess—the bubbles make it feel special.
  • The balance of sweet mango and tangy peach keeps things refreshingly light (I'm always asked for a refill).
02 -
  • If you blend warm fruit with tea, the drink loses its sparkle—always chill everything first.
  • Straining the puree makes the drink elegant, but skipping it leaves a rustic texture that's surprisingly satisfying.
03 -
  • Start with cold ingredients so you don't end up with lukewarm tea.
  • Swapping black tea for green tea changes the vibe—lighter and more delicate, perfect for daytime gatherings.
