01 - 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
02 - 2 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
04 - 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)

05 - 2 cups strong brewed black tea, cooled
06 - 1 cup chilled sparkling water
→ Garnish
07 - Fresh mint leaves
08 - Sliced peach
09 - Sliced mango
10 - Ice cubes
# Directions:
01 - Combine diced mango, diced peaches, lime juice, and honey or agave syrup in a blender. Process until completely smooth.
02 - Optional: Strain the blended fruit mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to achieve a smoother texture.
03 - Pour the cooled black tea into the pitcher with fruit puree. Stir thoroughly to incorporate.
04 - Add chilled sparkling water and gently mix to retain effervescence.
05 - Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the mango-peach tea mixture over the ice.
