07 - 1/2 large cucumber, grated and excess water squeezed out

11 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
12 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

# Directions:
01 - Set oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and allow to preheat fully.
02 - Cut each pita bread into 8 equal triangles using a sharp knife.
03 - Place pita triangles on a baking sheet in a single layer. Brush both sides with olive oil using a pastry brush.
