Grilled Peach Burrata Honey (Printable)

01 - 3 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
02 - 4 cups arugula or mixed baby greens
03 - 1 small handful fresh basil leaves

# Directions:

02 - Place peach halves cut-side down onto the hot grill. Grill each side for 2–3 minutes until nicely charred and softened. Remove and allow to cool slightly, then slice each half into wedges.
03 - Place arugula or mixed baby greens on a large salad platter.
04 - Tear burrata balls and place pieces evenly among the grilled peach wedges.
05 - Scatter fresh basil leaves over the salad. Drizzle with honey and balsamic glaze. Finish with a little olive oil, flaky sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Serve at once.
